Questions, answered.

A clear look at what Everly is, how she works, and what it takes to bring her in.

The basics

What is Everly?

Everly is an AI productivity partner for your business. She learns how you work and takes the admin, marketing, scheduling, and follow-ups that drain your week off your plate, so you get that time back for what you love. There is a real team behind her, and she earns your trust one interaction at a time.

What can Everly do?

She works in two directions. Alongside your team, she drafts your emails and content in your voice, summarizes your calls, coordinates your calendar, and keeps your customer records tidy. With your customers, she answers questions, handles routine requests, and brings in a person when the moment calls for one. The longer she works inside your business, the more she can take on.

How is Everly different from ChatGPT or Claude?

Those are blank chat windows that wait for you to prompt them and forget your business the moment you close the tab. Everly knows your business, works inside the tools you already use, takes real action with your permission, and remembers what matters from one day to the next. She is a productivity partner who shows up and gets things moving, not a tool you have to operate.

Why not just build my own AI agent?

Building your own means choosing models, wiring up integrations, writing and testing prompts, then maintaining all of it as your business and your tools change. That is a project, and it never really finishes. Everly is ready on day one: you tell her about your business, and she gets to work, and she keeps getting better without you having to manage her.

Getting started

What do I need to get started?

A conversation. Tell Everly about your business, or hand her what you already have (documents, recent call notes, the tools you work in), and she builds her understanding from there. There is no clean-data requirement and no setup project. You can start small and grow what she handles as you build trust.

Does Everly work with the tools I already use?

Yes. Everly meets you where you already work rather than asking you to move into a new system. She plugs into the everyday tools a small business runs on, like your email, calendar, and records, and acts inside them on your behalf.

What does it cost?

Joining the waitlist is free. Founding members get early access and a hand in shaping how Everly works before she opens to everyone. We will share pricing details with you before anything begins.

Trust and control

Does everyone know they are talking to AI?

Always. Everly introduces herself as AI in her first line, every time, to your team and to your customers. Being transparent is how she earns trust, so she never pretends to be a person or gets clever about the line.

How does Everly decide what to do on her own?

You decide that during setup. You set what she can handle on her own: booking a caller within your scheduling rules, answering a question you have already answered, sending a routine reply. Inside that lane she just handles it, so your customers get a fast answer and you get the time back. For anything outside that lane, or a one-off action on behalf of your team that you have not cleared, she checks with you first or brings in a person. You always draw the line, and you can move it as you build trust.

What happens when Everly does not know something?

She tells you. If she cannot find a reliable answer, she says so plainly rather than guessing or filling the gap with something that sounds right. You can trust what she gives you because she is honest about what she does not have.

Is my business information kept private?

Yes. Everything Everly learns about your business stays yours, in your own space, and is never shared with any other business she works for. You can see what she knows at any time, and remove it whenever you want.

Fit

What kinds of businesses is Everly for?

Everly is built for the small businesses that keep our communities running, the ones where the owner is doing five jobs at once. A few of the businesses she fits:

  • Dental and orthodontic practices
  • Medical and specialty clinics
  • Veterinary clinics
  • Home care and senior care providers
  • Law offices and legal practices
  • Accounting and bookkeeping firms
  • HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors
  • Landscaping, cleaning, and home services
  • Real estate and property management
  • Salons, spas, and wellness studios
  • Fitness studios and gyms
  • Insurance and financial advisory offices

If operational work is eating the hours you would rather spend elsewhere, she is built for you, even if your line of work is not on this list.
